How to Make Sabich

This is an amazingly delicious Israeli sandwich. 

The main ingredients are eggplant, Israeli salad, and optional eggs (or mushrooms) plus two amazing traditional Middle Eastern sauces.

One of the sauces in making sabich is tahini sauce.  Here is a link for that:
