  • Pasta (Fusilli or Rotini) - 100-150 grams
  • Cashews - 100-150 grams
  • Plant based milk (Soy milk) - 1 Cup
  • Garlic Cloves - 3
  • Lemon Juice - 2-3 Teaspoons
  • Oil - 2 Tablespoons
  • Salt - 2 Teaspoons or as per taste
  • Pepper - 1 -2 Teaspoons
