Beersheba and Abraham - Bibledex in Israel

This video gives you a feel and perspective of the Land that was promised to Abraham and the place where his wife Sarah is buried.

Abraham was the one who named this area Basheva, and its Hebrew translation means well & seven or oath.  Several stories in Genesis talk about Abraham and this land.  Learn about the well he dug here, its importance, and who still comes to this land.

The wonderful history of this land is that Abraham got this land without fighting for it, and it is a desert.  It shows that the Lord keeps his promises to his faithful and provides.  This area isn’t treated like other key biblical areas, but it is an amazing area because it was a fulfillment of the Lord's promise.

How could we not want to see, experience, and learn how people were sustained in this desert place?  Experience this area for a few minutes in this wonderful video.
