Ingredients
1 cup water
1 cup cashews (I buy the raw, wash well, lightly salt with sea salt & bake at 200 until lightly roasted)
¼ cup oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 ½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dill weed
3 T. nutritional yeast flakes
2 - 4 oz. jars pimentos
Instructions
Whiz. Use over pizza, burritos, lasagna, etc.
