Frozen Banana Pops

Bananas have an intrinsic sweetness, creaminess, and binding quality that makes them a perfect medium for a healthy dessert. This is a real crowd pleaser--one you can't really go wrong with--so get a little creative with toppings!

Ingredients:

  • bananas
  • your choice of:
    • agave nectar, melted
    • chocolate
    • nut butter
    • crushed nuts
    • sunflower seeds
    • granola
    • coconut shavings
    • cacao nibs
    • peanut butter chips
    • and/or dry cereal

Instructions

  1. Skewer bananas on popsicle sticks (optional).
  2. Coat them with agave nectar.
  3. Sprinkle on toppings.
  4. Place on tray and freeze.
