Tabernacle - The Manna

When Moses and the children of Israel wandered in the wilderness, God performed something miraculous for them.  He rained down manna to feed them for forty years.

Just the fact that manna came down from heaven would be miraculous enough.  However, the miracle goes even further. For five days a week the manna fell and if the children of Israel gathered more than their daily needs, the manna would be spoiled the next day. However, on the 6th day of the week, the children of Israel would gather enough for that day and for the following day, the Sabbath, and the manna did no spoil.

There's a lesson for us in the miracle of the manna.  God will provide all our needs as we trust in Him and follow His commandments.
