Y-Studs: Don't Let Me Down

Have you ever been curious about Chanukah , or Hanukkah as most of us are used to seeing it spelled.  I was, I wanted to know why Jewish people celebrated it and did Yeshua?  Well, this song is a great way to begin to dive into the heart of Chanukah.

Don’t Let Me Down by Y-Studs dives into the heart of the people during The Maccabean Revolt and their desire to have The Temple restored unto Yahweh. Their need for Yahweh. Through the rededication of the Temple in Jerusalem the celebration of the Feast of Dedication was born also known as the festival of lights and Chanukah.  This contemporary video draws in the young people of our time to celebrate with us , the lighting the menorah, eat traditional food, and playing the dreidel a traditional game, all the while remembering history and how we need each other.  Oh, and yes Yeshua did celebrate the Feast of Dedication as mentioned in the book of John.  So, turn it up Y-Stud “Don’t let me down.”
