It was fall and as the weather was getting colder with potentially stressful events approaching, a relative thought it would be great to have some homemade grape juice to avoid sickness during the flu season. The juice was intended to be healthy and not made with just any grapes, but fresh grapes that were personally selected and handpicked off the vine.

I was trying to work out one day and accidently twisted my ankle.

In front of our house are three trees. One was on the left side, one on the right, and one in the middle. I'm not sure what type they all are as they simply came with the house; but every Spring if all went well weather wise, they would bloom with beautiful flowers. The one in the middle would boast elegant milky white flowers with long delicate petals, and the two trees on the side would pop with beautiful clusters of baby pink flowers layered with ruffled petals.

It was 2:00 a.m. when Bob Quillen's phone rang. To his surprise, it was Ray Seigal. Bob had conducted the funeral of Ray's wife, Evie, a few days earlier. Ray said, "I'm sorry to call you at this hour, but you have to come over right away!" Bob anxiously responded, "Why Ray? Has something happened?" With a shaking voice Ray said, "Yes, I'll tell you about it when you arrive."
