Makes 3 cups
Ingredients
- 1 – 15oz. can Garbanzo beans, drained
- 1/4 cup Lemon (or lime) juice
- 1/3 cup Sesame Tahini
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Water
- Optional – Sundried tomatoes or other seasonings for flavoring
Directions
1. Blend all ingredients thoroughly until creamy.
2. Serve this with Naan (flat) bread, Pita chips or vegetables.
