Ingredients
- 3/4 c. fat free sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. veganese (or fat free mayo)
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. minced parsley (or parsley flakes)
- 1 tsp. minced onion (or onion flakes)
- Black pepper to taste
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients and chill for an hour.
2. I use this recipe or hummus to serve as the spread with my falafel and flat bread.
3. Keep unused portions refrigerated.
