Marcel Maraceau: A Silent Hero of the Holocaust

Acclaimed French-Jewish actor Marcel Marceau, born on March 22, 1923, is known internationally for his emotional and elegant performance as a mime.

But for decades his story of survival during WWII was relatively unknown, including that he had helped saved Jewish children during the Holocaust.
