Every fourth Thursday of November we celebrate Thanksgiving, one of the most popular American holidays. It is valued and observed for centuries. Thanksgiving is celebrated not only in the United States, but also in Australia, Canada, Grenada, Liberia, Netherlands, Philippines, and Saint Lucia. But only in the United States we have a unique understanding of Thanksgiving.

Why is this day so special? There is one very specific reason to observe Thanksgiving and in order to understand it, we have to understand the Pilgrims. Rabbi Jeff Zaremsky invites you to investigate why the Pilgrims fled Europe and came to America. You will learn about the importance of freedom, and especially religious freedom.

Celebrate Thanksgiving with Shalom Adventure and enjoy this important sermon.

Happy Thanksgiving!
